Gexit hereby reminds users to carefully read and fully understand the "Gexit User Agreement". Users should carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this agreement. Unless you accept all the terms, you have no right to log in or use the relevant services involved in this agreement. Your login, use and other behaviors will be regarded as acceptance of the agreement and agreement to be bound by all the terms.
User Login Conditions
1. To log in as a user of this application, you must meet all of the following conditions at the same time: on the date of login and during the subsequent use of this application service, you must be for the purpose of companionship or playing games; you must be an adult on the date of login.
2. In order to better enjoy the network information publishing platform service of this application, users should comply with the requirements of the login mechanism of this application and provide this application with their true, correct, latest and complete information.
Rules of Use
1. Users fully understand and agree that this application only provides users with a platform for sharing, transmitting and obtaining information. Users must be responsible for all actions under their accounts, including any content you transmit and any results arising therefrom.
2. Any content transmitted by users in or through this application service does not reflect our views or policies, and we do not assume any responsibility for this.
3. Users fully understand and agree that this application is a point-to-point instant messaging product based on a user relationship network. Users must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the information on this application. Users may not impersonate others; may not use the name of others to spread any information; may not maliciously use accounts to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, we have the right to immediately stop providing services, recover this application account, and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom alone.
4. Users must be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, validity, etc. of the information transmitted on this application. Any legal liability related to the information transmitted by users shall be borne by the users themselves and has nothing to do with this application.
5. This application reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend, restrict, terminate or cancel the service of this application at any time without any notice for the purpose of business development. Users shall bear this risk.
6. Users shall not use this application or its services to produce, upload, copy or send the following content:
(1) Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Damage the honor and interests of the country;
(3) Incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity;
(4) Undermine the national religious policy, promote cults and feudal superstition;
(5) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
(6) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetment of crime;
(7) Insult or slander others and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(8) Contain information with other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
7. User rights and obligations:
(1) The ownership of this application account belongs to us. After the user completes the application procedures, he/she will obtain the right to use this application account. This right of use belongs only to the initial applicant and is prohibited from being donated, borrowed, rented, transferred or sold. We have the right to recover the user's application account for business needs.
(2) Users have the right to change and delete personal information, information and transmission content on this application, but please note that deleting relevant information will also delete any text and pictures you have stored in the system.
(3) Users should abide by the terms of this agreement and use this service correctly and appropriately. If a user violates any term of this agreement, we have the right to terminate the service to the defaulting user's application account in accordance with the agreement. At the same time, this application reserves the right to recover the application account and user name at any time.
Service Description
1. This application provides network services to users through the Internet, including online and offline related services. To use network services, users should equip themselves with the necessary equipment to access the Internet, including computers, modems or other access devices, and pay the fees required to log in to the Internet.
2. When providing network services, this application may charge certain fees for some network services. In this case, a clear reminder will be made on the relevant page. If the user refuses to pay such fees, the relevant network services cannot be used.
3. Both paid services and free services of this application have a validity period, and the service will automatically terminate after the expiration of the validity period, and the validity period cannot be interrupted or extended.
4. This application may require some users to provide additional materials, and the specific requirements will be clearly displayed on the relevant page. If the user refuses to provide the above materials, this application has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of part or all services to the user depending on the circumstances.

3. Providing you with continuous and stable technical platform services
Regardless of whether the user logs in to the APP, this application will continue to provide you with technical platform services in a stable manner until you stop using the application services by notifying in writing or canceling your account.
Purchases made using this application or through links related to this application should be based on real consumer needs, and there should be no malicious purchases of goods and services, malicious rights protection, or other acts that disrupt the normal trading order of this application and external e-commerce platforms.
Privacy Protection
Users agree that personal privacy information refers to information that can identify users or involve personal communications, including the following information: user name, device ID, IP address. Non-personal privacy information refers to some basic record information and general information outside the scope of all other personal privacy information that are clearly and objectively reflected on the server side of this application, such as the user's operating status and usage habits of this service; as well as the above-mentioned privacy information that users agree to disclose.

Gexit Trademark Information
The graphics, text or its composition involved in this application service, as well as other logos of this application and product and service names, are all our trademarks. Without the prior written consent of this application, users shall not display or use this application logo in any way or otherwise process it, nor shall they indicate to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise process this application logo.
1. The content uploaded or posted by users in this application (including but not limited to photos, text, personal information and experience evaluation, etc.) is deemed to be granted by users to this application company and its affiliates for free and non-exclusive use rights. This application has the right to copy, modify, publish, etc. the above content for the purpose of displaying, disseminating and promoting the aforementioned posted content. This right of use lasts until the user notifies this application in writing that it shall not continue to use it, and this application actually receives such written notice.
2. If any third party makes infringement or claims against this application company due to infringement of the rights of others by the content uploaded or posted by the user, the user shall bear all responsibility.
3. If any third party copies, modifies, edits, or disseminates content posted by users in the public area of this application, the legal consequences and responsibilities arising from such behavior shall be borne by the person who committed the act and shall have nothing to do with this application.
Legal liability and exemption
1. This application and its partners shall not be liable for any losses suffered by users due to unpredictable reasons, such as telecommunications department communication line failure, technical problems, network, computer failure, system instability and other force majeure reasons.
2. If the normal operation of the service is affected by force majeure events such as technical failure, this application and its partners promise to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to handle and repair it in a timely manner, but this application and its partners shall not be liable for any losses suffered by users as a result.
3. This service, like most Internet services, is affected by differences in factors including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be disturbed by various security issues. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
4. Users must understand that the use of this service may be affected by unstable factors in various links due to Internet services. Therefore, this service is subject to the risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, communication line reasons. Users must bear the above risks, and we do not guarantee.
5. The information content we define includes: text, software, sound, photos, videos, graphics; all content in advertisements; commercial information we provide to users, all of which are protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property and ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use these contents with the authorization of us and advertisers, and cannot copy, modify, compile these contents without authorization, or create derivative products related to the content.
6. In any case, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits suffered by users due to the use of this application service.
7. Users must understand that this service will be provided on an "as is" and "available with existing technology and conditions" basis. This application hereby expressly declares that it does not make any express or implied warranties for the service, including but not limited to warranties, statements or promises such as the applicability of the service, the absence of errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability, and suitability for a particular purpose.
8. Users must understand that the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness and timeliness of the technology and information involved in this application service are not promised or guaranteed.
9. Unless otherwise agreed, if the product or service we provide does not indicate the period of use, or the period of use indicated is "permanent", "indefinite" or "unlimited", its period of use is from the date you start using the product or service to the date the product or service is offline on Gexit.
Gexit Management Rules
This application is a social product related to reality. We hope that users will respect each other and follow the same social etiquette as in the real world. To avoid being reported by users and having your device banned, please follow the following principles:
1. Do not send text, pictures or voice messages suspected of sexual harassment;
2. Do not use pornographic, obscene or other uncomfortable avatars or information;
3. Do not use insults, intimidation, threats or other remarks in conversations;
4. Do not post all kinds of junk ads, malicious information, or deceptive information;
5. Do not steal other people's avatars or information, and do not pretend to be someone else;
6. Do not post inappropriate political remarks or any remarks that violate national laws and policies.
If a user violates the management rules of this application, we have the right to terminate the service of this application account to the defaulting user in accordance with the agreement.
Gexit Trademark Information
The graphics, texts or their components involved in this application service, as well as other logos of this application and product and service names, are all trademarks of this application. Without the prior written consent of this application, users shall not display, use or otherwise process the logo of this application in any way, nor shall they indicate to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise process the logo of this application.
Other Terms
1. We solemnly remind users to pay attention to the terms in this agreement that exempt us from liability and increase user obligations. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this agreement in the company of their legal guardians. The final right of interpretation and modification of the above terms belongs to us.
2. If any of the terms stipulated in this agreement is partially or completely invalid, it will not affect the validity of other terms.
3. The copyright of this agreement is owned by this application, and this application reserves all rights of interpretation and modification.
